I joined Tiffany for an incredible somatic stroll at HVH farms on Abernathy Rd. The stroll was beautiful and so grounding. It was an incredible 60+ minutes of calming self care. Tiffany is a gifted guide and you won’t be sorry if you have the opportunity to work with her.
