Coaching Offerings​

I understand that each individual and team/group has its own needs and goals.
My intention is to offer what you and/or your team needs to nurture resilience and find your small shifts.

Somatic Stroll

For individuals and/or groups, I offer a gentle stroll that will include:

  • Intention setting

  • Pausing and practicing somatic practices and centering skills that help to ground and self-regulate

  • Sharing and connecting with others and with nature

  • Time and space to reflect and listen deep within ourselves to nurture our inner resilience

  • Offering can be integrated as part of a tailored training or offered as a stand alone event

Tailored Trainings

For individuals and/or groups on topics including:

  • Protective Patterns overview and resilient mindsets

  • Centering Skills and somatic practices for individual and collective resilience

  • Playful explorations with therapeutic art exercises to bring awareness and reflect on what comes up

  • Connecting and Collaborating Skills for relational and group resilience

  • Techniques to integrate somatic and mindfulness practices into the classroom, workplace, or organization

Individual Coaching

For individual coaching, I offer 4-6 sessions that will include:

  • Skills that help to ground and self-regulate you

  • Space to pause and bring awareness to your protective patterns and resilient mindsets

  • Opportunity to practice centering skills and mind-body practices

  • Playful explorations with transformational somatic practices, therapeutic art exercises, and resilience-nurturing tools that can help you explore and grow

What you can expect

  • Strengths-Based

Your protective patterns have kept you safe. Our goal is to identify these patterns and bring awareness to how we react in stressful situations. Then we explore together how these reactive patterns help us and learn to identify ways in which aspects of these patterns no longer serve us.

  • Trauma-Informed

Every session, whether it is a circle or a training all comes from a trauma-informed background with an intention to equip and inform you and your team to have a trauma-informed perspective.

  • Integrated

One of my passions and strengths is creatively curating content to help you integrate these practices to meet your specific needs. We will walk through how you can use these tools personally and in your profession and community.
