Coaching Offerings

I understand that each individual and team/group has its own needs and goals. My intention is to offer what you and/or your team needs to nurture resilience.

My Tailored Trainings are content-focused and offer an overview of the We Are Resilient™ approach with integrated centering skills, mind-body somatic practices, and resilience-nurturing tools.

My Individual Coaching Sessions are offered over a span of 4-6 sessions and allow space for experiential learning and inquiry-based time for reflection. We work together to bring awareness to your protective patterns, explore resilient mindsets, and practice the tools so you can show up as your best self.

My Somatic Stroll is an experiential offering that can be integrated as part of a tailored individual/group training or offered as a stand alone event. We gently stroll with intention, pausing and practicing together.

Tailored Trainings

For individuals and/or groups on topics including:
  • Protective Patterns overview and resilient mindsets
  • Centering Skills and somatic practices for individual and collective resilience
  • Connecting and Collaborating Skills for relational and group resilience
  • Techniques to integrate somatic and mindfulness practices into the classroom, workplace, or organization

Individual Coaching

For individual coaching, I offer sessions that will include:

  • Skills that help to ground and self-regulate you
  • Space to pause and bring awareness to your protective patterns and resilient mindsets
  • Opportunity to practice centering skills and mind-body practices
  • Playful explorations with transformational somatic practices, therapeutic art
    exercises, and resilience-nurturing tools that can help you explore and grow

Somatic Stroll

For individuals and/or groups, I offer a gentle stroll that will include:

  • Intention setting
  • Pausing and practicing somatic practices and centering skills that help to ground and self-regulate
  • Sharing and connecting with others and with nature
  • Time and space to reflect and listen deep within ourselves to nurture our inner resilience

Your coach

Tiffany Sargent

When we come together in a training or coaching session, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for each person present. Providing support for the collective nervous system (meaning bringing down the “buzziness” and anxiety within a group). I will support your group by teaching skills and offering resources to build individual inner resilience and group capacity to better deal with stress and difficult situations. Through the experience of learning and utilizing these tools and somatic practices, we become more fully our authentic selves and can work together with more resilience, empowerment, and a greater sense of belonging.
